Dance performance “For Four, Disturbance” from Lebanese choreographer Omar Rajeh premieres in Duesseldorf

On December 4, 2014 the Tanzhaus nrw in Duesseldorf will host the premiere of the dance performance “For Four, Disturbance”, an experimental piece of acoustic and physical movements and the result of cooperation between the Beirut based Lebanese choreographer Omar Rajeh (Maqamat) and the Cologne based German choreographer Stephanie Thiersch (Mouvoir) together with the also Cologne-based Asasello-Quartet.

Four dancers and four musicians as equal players on one stage. Behind this – at first sight – simple setting, one finds a differentiated concept addressing the principles of “emigrating into a different genre”…

The dance performance will be presented also on December 5 and 6, 2014 at the same venue.
